The main issue turned out to be an old leak left behind by previous builders, and fixing it required more work than originally expected due to the poor standard of the earlier job. Jazz and team handled this with complete professionalism, clearly explaining what needed to be done and making sure everything was properly repaired before moving forward. The team were incredibly quick to get started and even began the works while we were away for the weekend, which made the whole process smoother. They were also extremely respectful of our home, clearing up at the end of each day and doing their best to keep the space as dust-free as possible - an almost impossible task! We now have a fully functioning bathroom which looks beautiful. We’ve included photos as the results speak for themselves.
