The Brief

Our clients here were living with a leaky roof that no one could fix. It meant that, whilst there first floor rooms were immaculately renovated, the ground floor was left behind.

They have a keen eye for design and a specific personal touch that leaves you feeling like your in a luxury hotel.

We had the pleasure of completing the following works.

  • Raise the pitch of the roof, refelt and retile.
  • Remove 2 chimneys
  • New sockets, lights and switches.
  • New skirting and flooring.
  • New radiators.
  • Farrow & Ball decor.
  • Open up the french doors to install Bi-Folds.
